How It Works:

To best support the needs of the event, volunteers may be asked to assist in a variety of roles and tasks throughout the symposium. We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed to make this event a success. You may indicate areas you feel comfortable with below, but please know that final assignments will be made based on event needs.

We want to aspire to structure volunteer tasks so that you’ll have time to participate in sessions, connect with others and enjoy the full symposium experience — we don’t want you to miss out on any of it!

• Registration Desk / Greeters

• Session Room Assistant

• Hospitality Volunteers

• Referral Ambassador: Earn a 10% commission on each ticket sold. Full details and application send separately.

• Book / Resource Table Assistance

• Exhibit Pavilion Assistants

• Technology/Audiovisual Support

• Social Media/Photography Volunteers

• Assistant to Event Manager

  Eligibility:

  • Volunteers must be accepted through the official application process.

  • Reimbursements are based on the number of hours committed and completed during the symposium.
